Masters International Martial Arts Federation (MIMAF)
Masters International Martial Arts Federation is an organisation for Martial Artists. It seeks to push the boundaries of one’s own journey.

MIMAF Board
Masters International Martial Arts Institute
MIMAF Specialist Innovations Laboratory
MIMAF Masters Council
MIMAF Grand Masters Council
It seeks to foster personal growth through communal engagement across all Martial Arts disciplines. Each member contributing to the pool of knowledge and through regular programs, it is shared with others to further their own personal education.
MIMAF is not only a set of pathways for Martial Artists to have their grades recognised by a board of grandmasters but also a way to further their own development and achieve higher grades when they no longer have their own Master to grade them.

MIMAF differs from other grading associations in that is does not impose limits, it is open for the individual to demonstrate their personal knowledge and skill in their own martial arts discipline, and which is graded accordingly.
MIMAF believes that time limits between each grade not only hinder one’s personal growth, it devalues the skills and knowledge of the individual as there is no-longer a challenge to learn more to achieve a higher standing.
Membership to MIMAF is open to students, instructors and Heads of a style or system. Manakai Martial Arts is a member as a club and through its Soke, David Mesaros as a accredited regional hub.
This enables hosting for various events such as an OPEN DOJO where practitioners come together to share knowledge with other practitioners for continuous personal development. This activity enriches both the students from Manakai Martial Arts and others via this form of collaboration.
