NDIS Funded Martial Arts
Mighty Ninja

Mighty Ninja is our introductory martial arts program for children aged 12 years and under, designed to help young students grow in confidence, coordination, and focus in a safe and supportive environment.
Classes cater for all abilities, from complete beginners to more active children. Through structured, age-appropriate activities, students develop hand–eye coordination, fundamental martial skills, listening skills, and healthy physical habits. Fitness develops naturally as part of the training—there is no pressure to “keep up” or perform beyond a child’s comfort level.

Children attend weekly classes and progress at their own individual pace. Achievement is recognised through Levels 1 to 8, allowing each child to experience success and build confidence as their skills develop. When a child is ready—physically, emotionally, and technically—they may transition into the main Manakai Martial Arts training syllabus.

Supportive & Inclusive Learning

The Mighty Ninja program is also well suited for children with neurodivergent diagnoses.
Our approach allows children the time and space to develop their own strengths while learning within a fun, structured, and encouraging environment. Clear routines, positive reinforcement, and adaptable teaching methods help each child feel supported, included, and capable of success.

NDIS Funded Teens and Adults
Teens and Adults are able to utilise NDIS funding to support their martial arts training. Depending on the level of assistance required may impact your ability to participate in certain classes, but not to worry as we have a flexible approach that includes one on one sessions at the dojo or at home. Give us a call to discuss your support needs and take it from there.
